The Pramanton Mountain Refuge is located in Isioma at the foot of Strongoula. It is open all year round and on weekdays, except for unforeseen circumstances. It has 26 beds, divided into three rooms with a bathroom each at a cost of 15 euros per person per night.

The overnight guest is invited to bring a set of sheets or a sleeping bag. Reservations are made by phone. There is an organized kitchen and after consultation from the day before, meals are served to overnighters and passers-by. Drinks are served to passers-by in the common areas and the courtyard from 10.00 until sunset
