The Museum guesthouse is located in the village of Elliniko of Ioannina, 50 meters from the Museum of Contemporary Art of the internationally renowned sculptor Theodoros Papagiannis. Elliniko Ioannina, built at an altitude of around 740 m, is about 19 km from Ioannina, twenty minutes by car, while just ten minutes from the exit of Egnatia Odos (Koutselio), and 15 minutes from the exit of Ionia Road (Pigadia). Housed on the 1st floor of a recently renovated detached house, it is sunny and can accommodate two people.

It has an A/C air conditioner, for heating-cooling. It has a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary cooking utensils. Free Wi-Fi for free internet connection. In the courtyard there is a wonderful two-level paved courtyard, with a view of the magnificent mountains of Tzoumerka. It offers free parking.
