The tourist accommodation complex “O Kakos o Lykos” is a traditional complex of four independent and fully equipped houses, which were built with respect to the local architectural tradition and using materials (stone and wood) to match the landscape. It is located in Kostitsi Katsanochoria, a small village southeast of Ioannina, at an altitude of about 1000 m. Administratively, it belongs to the Municipality of North Tzoumerka. The village was first inhabited somewhere in the 17th century and to this day, it keeps the same name, with a small parenthesis in which it was called “Kallithea”, not by chance, since at a short distance from the village, there is the small church of Prophet Ilias with a beautiful view towards the Arachthos ravine, Tzoumerka and the pyramid-shaped peak of Strogoula (2100 m.).
