½ kilogram of ground beef

½ kilogram of ground goat meat

2 onions

Salt, pepper

½ kilogram of soaked bread

Grated tomato

Grated dry breadcrumbs

250 grams of tarhana

Instructions:

Mix the ground beef and ground goat meat with grated onions, soaked bread, salt, and pepper. If the mixture is too wet, you can add some grated dry breadcrumbs.

Shape the mixture into meatballs and fry them in olive oil in a pan until they are browned.

In the same pan, add the grated tomato and a little water. Let it come to a boil.

Gently add the tarhana to the pan, stirring occasionally to avoid breaking the meatballs.

Serve hot, perfect for chilly winter days! Enjoy!
