2 kilograms of wild boar
4 large onions, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of fresh orange juice
2 cups of rosé wine
2 tablespoons of honey
1 kilogram of chestnuts
Salt, pepper, dried oregano
Bay leaves
Instructions:
In a pressure cooker, combine all the ingredients listed above, except for the chestnuts.
Once the pressure cooker starts hissing, reduce the heat to medium and let it cook for one hour.
Open the pressure cooker, add the cleaned chestnuts, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes with the lid open until the sauce thickens.
This delicious dish can be served with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
