3 cups crumbled feta cheese
4 tablespoons melted butter

In a large bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, lightly beaten eggs, and melted butter. Mix well.
Add the self-rising flour to the mixture. Stir until you have a thick, pourable batter. If needed, you can add a little more flour if it is too thin or more milk if it is too thick.
Finally, fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
The mixture should have a thick, pourable consistency, so adjust the flour or milk as necessary.
Grease a medium-sized round (or rectangular) baking dish.
Pour the batter into the greased dish and spread it evenly.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the surface.
